Tilt for BlackBerry 10 by ReFocus Tech is back and better than ever before with a new update, new UX and new features!

Tilt for BlackBerry 10 has been an app that’s been around for as long as BlackBerry 10 has. Following some controversy surrounding the app which saw Tilt being removed for download from BlackBerry World, the developer team behind it (and many other great apps) have revived the app, re-working the app from the ground up with all new UI and UX.

Incase you didn’t know, Tilt for BlackBerry 10 is a contextual app which manages the users most important information. With an adaptive user interface, Tilt uses the Sidekick Engine that also works their other app (ARKick) including the works of BlackBerry’s Sweden Tilt UI Concept. Using the phone’s gyroscopic orientation, the information is displayed to give a non-obtrusive experience to the user.  Tilt for BlackBerry 10 is an app you should have on your BlackBerry 10 simply for showing off – it’s that cool.

ReFocus Tech’s CEO Mayur More had a few words to say regarding the app and the update:

“We are extremely sorry to all our users for making them have to wait for so long for the update. We had given up on Tilt, but thanks to the support of the BlackBerry Developer community and the love for the app shown by all of our users- we decided to rebuild the whole app from the ground up. Regarding the public controversies surrounding Tilt, I hope we all can put that behind us, as things like these keep on happening- it can only make us stronger to face what lies ahead. A special shout out to CellNinja (Roger LeBlanc) for his continuous support and guidance through the course of the project.”
