Integrated into the BlackBerry 10 user experience, Enterprise IM chats come straight into the BlackBerry Hub for ease of use and fast response. Integration with the corporate directory makes lookup easy and the ability to see the availability status of colleagues delivers faster and more effective communication and decision making.

Note: Enterprise Instant Messaging for Cisco requires BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 and will not work without it. If you are unsure, please contact your IT department for clarification before downloading this application.

Extend the Cisco desktop instant messaging solutions Cisco Unified Presence 8.6 and later and Webex Messenger to mobile employees. Optimize communication and collaboration with secure real-time one-to-one and multi-party chat with BlackBerry Enterprise IM for Cisco, including the ability to seamlessly escalate a text chat into a voice call.

BlackBerry Enterprise IM for Cisco version 4.0 is a free application for BlackBerry 10 devices running on OS 10.2 or greater. It requires installation of BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1 and greater, which enables BlackBerry Balance and operates in the Work Space only to ensure corporate security and management.
