Following up from the recent announcement that BlackBerry and T-Mobile have parted their ways and T-Mobile will not be stocking anymore BlackBerry devices. However, John Chen decided it was only fair that he offer potential customers with $100 OFF on ANY BLACKBERRY 10 DEVICE via ShopBlackBerry.

Yes, you read that right. In an email John Chen sent out to BlackBerry Customers, the BlackBerry CEO discussed the changes to their T-Mobile relationship, explaining how the BlackBerry Devices connected to the T-Mobile network will still function fine without any disruption with their BlackBerry.

He then announced the sweet offer: $100 OFF on a BlackBerry 10 Device (excluding the Z30 and P’9982) for a limited time using the code BLACKBERRY1

Keeping in mind, this also means free shipping and no tax. The offer expires May 31 2014  and is ONLY VALID IN THE US ONLY. The Coupon is only valid towards the purchase of a BlackBerry Q5, Q10 or Z10 smartphone. Quantities are limited. Limit one coupon per customer and two smartphones per customer.   1. It’s a shame the the Z30 is not included in the promotion! I got all excited (I know, I’m easy that way!) until I read the fine print excluding the Z30.

    Oh well, might have to bite the bullet and pay full price of $499. for the ST100-5 unless someone knows of a better deal around….

  2. So, it would not be a waste of money to purchase a model that might not be around for long or are the specs and reviews really that good to warrant the investment?
