This contest is sponsored by the owners of BlackBerryEmpire so there is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN the grand prize of a stock black 16gb BlackBerry PlayBook tablet.
Am I Eligible? The PlayBook tablet Giveaway is open to all residents of the U.S., Canada, and Mexico (Owners of BBE are from the Texas Frontier :D). You absolutely have to be 18 years of age or older from beginning to end to participate. Residents of other locations may participate in the PlayBook Giveaway but will be required to pay for the shipping. So if you do NOT live in North America or Mexico you would have to pay for the shipping yourself. This contest is held under U.S jurisdiction making it void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
HOW Do I Win? To enter users must follow the instructions in the Press Release via Blog Post at BlackBerryEmpire.com. The single winner will be selected on or around the date of the PlayBook giveaway deadline announced in the release. Your entries will become the exclusive property of the BBEmpire. Don’t worry, BlackBerry users will appreciate this as they use the forum for help.
How Do I Lose? The following conditions are grounds for disqualification:We are not responsible for your lost, late, or invalid entries for any reason. Absolutely no spamming! This includes the use of any automated system to submit entries. Users of multiple e-mail addresses are restricted to a single entry, using one of those addresses. The winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
What Am I winning Again?: Upon meeting the rules and regulations along with the terms and condition each BBE reader has the chance to win 1 of 1 BlackBerry PlayBook 16gb tablet. The user is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees incurred upon acceptance of the prize.
The Selection and Notification Process: The Winner will be selected by both owners of BlackBerryEmpire.com. The winner will then be notified via e-mail if they have won. If the winner cannot be reached by BBEmpire after 4 business days, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or of the prize is returned, that potential winner shall forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible entries and will then go through the selection and notification process. Remember, the winner must follow both rules and regulations along with the terms and conditions in order to be confirmed the winner of the 16gb PlayBook grand prize.
Time for Some Fine Print: The 16gb PlayBook grand prize is non-transferable whatsoever. There is No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes. If all else fails BBE has the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value (Think future 6.1 devices). The owners of BlackBerryEmpire.com and our affiliated companies and agents, are not responsible for any errors in the offer. BBEmpire holds the right to terminate, withdraw or amend the Giveaway without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation,if BBE suspects tampering shall have occurred. By accepting the 16gb PlayBook prize, each winner grants BBEmpire permission to use the winners name and posts for advertising and publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. Also, BBE is no way responsible for prizes that do not reach the winner for any reasons beyond BlackBerryEmpire.com’s immediate control. - Contests will last for stated duration. Participants/Users will be responsible for all submissions which therein become the property of BlackberryEmpire.com.
- Once the contest expires, the winning participants will be notified via e-mail. Participants will receive all the information required to claim their prize.
- If an e-mail is not provided, the user will be contacted via BlackBerryEmpire.com/forums. User may also be contacted via Twitter or Facebook if the information is present.
- Blackberry Empire is not responsible for lost/stolen/misplaced emails or coupon codes.
- User will be responsible for any taxes, shipping fees, tariffs, and miscellaneous expenditures if applicable.
- Offer may be rescinded if participants are found to be unlawfully participating.
- User is also will be held liable if found distributing coupon code. Coupon codes as they are uniquely generated. Legal action may be sought.
- Most giveaways are non-exclusive, unless stated otherwise.
